Phil Leather, Head of Digital at Gusto Italian has only recently joined the ranks however has already relaunched the Gusto website. Before this, he led Red's True Barbecue's digital, where they won 'Best Marketing Campaign' at The Cateys for the launch of their Liverpool site, and grew their social media following by 179% and email database by 444% in just three years.
