The judges felt, in a sector that talks about driving loyalty but so often shows uncertainty with how to do this effectively, BOXPARK is the best industry example out there on using tech to drive customer loyalty and engagement with some very impressive statistics. We also loved the community outreach part of this project and how to connect with local partners.
