In an increasingly competitive market, the team at Maxwell's used social media as a centre-pin in the strategy to revitalise a 45 year old burger joint. They did this by reacting rapidly to the news agenda, embracing new technology & designing the proposition in a way that it screamed out to be shared socially - all translating their passion for fun food into marketing that became almost natural. The brand were among the first to make use of Facebook Live, Instagram Stories and leverage social to gain TV appearances- showing hungry fans how they put their Burger and Freakshake creations together!
